Junior Associate

Gridline Properties is expanding and we're seeking a motivated professional to join us as a Junior Associate.

The Junior Associate will play a key role in supporting the brokerage's day-to-day operations, assisting senior associates, and contributing to the success of our clients and the overall business.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist senior associates in all aspects of real estate transactions, including but not limited to property research, market analysis, and client communication.
· Coordinate property showings and inspections.
· Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including listings, brochures, and presentations.
· Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns.
· Apply cold calling techniques and strategies.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.

Qualifications:
· A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Familiarity with Software and digital tools.
· A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for real estate.

Experienced Brokers

The Senior Associate role is a mid-level position focused on driving revenue through transaction execution, client management and market expertise.

This role involves assisting in various facets of deal management, including underwriting, marketing, and coordinating due diligence while developing strong market knowledge and relationships. You are expected to work closely with team members to support existing client relationships and cultivate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
· Client Relationship Management
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
· Serve as a critical client contact, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
· Support in new client outreach, including pitch preparations and presentations.

Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct thorough research and analysis on the commercial real estate market.
· Monitor industry trends, property values, and transactional activity to maintain up-to-date market insights.
· Provide clients with data-driven recommendations based on current market conditions.

Transaction Support:
· Assist in the entire lifecycle of transactions, including underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing deals.
· Conduct financial analyses, such as cash flow/Pro Forma projections, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
· Coordinate and manage due diligence, ensuring all documents, appraisals, and inspections are completed on schedule.

Marketing and Presentations:
· Create and manage marketing materials for property listings, including offering memorandums, pitch books, and digital media.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies to attract potential investors.
· Organize and lead property tours for potential clients.

Team Collaboration and Development:
· Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development and supporting team cohesion.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction.

Networking and Business Development
· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the firm's visibility and build your professional network.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the middle-market sector of Miami's urban core.

This role positions you as a key contributor to the firm’s business goals. It requires a mix of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills for success in Miami's competitive market.
